In order to serve you better, please read carefully the terms and conditions outlined below, which you must agree to be bound to qualify for purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All customers must provide the correct delivery details and billing address;

2. In cases where the delivery address or details provided by the customer is incorrect, Florals-Unlimited reserves the right to charge the customer the full amount of the items purchased;

3. We strive to deliver the items you purchased on time and within the delivery dates specified. However, In cases of late deliveries, Florals-Unlimited has the option to provide discounts or rebates to you, but is under no legal obligation to do so;

4. If for any reason, which includes force majeure or any acts of god, the product you ordered has not been delivered, Florals-Unlimited will replace your order with one of the same value.

5. Florals-Unlimited may contact the customer for any errors in delivery details to correct the same, but is under no lawful obligation to do so.

6. Credit card fraud in any form or by any means will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.

7. Florals-Unlimited delivers, usually after 24 hours from date of order to all covered areas within the Philippines. We deliver from 11:00 a.m. onwards Mondays to Fridays. However, to insure that your order arrives on the date specified by you, schedule your order at least two (2) days ahead of your intended delivery date and before 3:00 p.m. Philippine time.

8. If the area of delivery is outside the covered areas please feel free to contact us to arrange for possible special delivery.

9. Availability, flowers shown on this site are for general guidance only. Due to seasonal availability of flowers we cannot guarantee that the content of your delivery will always match identically what is shown on this site. However, we shall do our very best to deliver the best possible product you require. Florals-unlimited may substitute one or more items in the catalouge shown. However, If there are particular flowers or colours that you would prefer to be included or even excluded, kindly indicate in your order and we will do our best to meet your request. Florals-Unlimited reserves the right to amend or modify purchase specifications to conform to existing laws and/or company policies.
